Despite my father being a photographer before I was born, I never really go my hands on a camera until I was about 19, although if you were to include really sketchy school projects then I'd say 16 but if I'm honest, I had no idea what I was doing at that point! I studied Film alongside American Politics at University. At the time, cinematography was God and there was nothing sweeter or more inspiring than film, whether it was something art house or something really simple, easy and packed full of action. During my first year of study I found photography and the rest is history. The isn't to say my love for cinematography is long gone, just think of it as being stored up in the a fridge somewhere along with my obsession with chocolate milk and writing lists.

Currently, I freelance and work on personal projects that usually involve collaborations in some way or another, whether it's artists, MUAs or musicians. I shoot mostly digital  although analogue is making its way back into play now and the new year should hopefully bring by some new styles, knowledge, work, collaborations and fun.

All in all, photography does indeed, float my boat.
